5. AI-Generated Content and COA Analysis

PeptideVetter's COA Vetter tool uses artificial intelligence technology, including large language model APIs, to analyze uploaded certificate of analysis (COA) documents and generate plain-language summaries and assessments. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated analyses are not infallible and may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations
• A passing result from the COA Vetter tool does not guarantee the purity, safety, or authenticity of any compound
• AI analysis of a COA document is not a substitute for independent physical laboratory testing
• The COA Vetter tool analyzes the document as presented and cannot verify the accuracy of the underlying laboratory data
• Results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a certification, endorsement, or safety guarantee

PeptideVetter expressly disclaims any liability arising from reliance on AI-generated analyses or reports.

6. Eligibility and Age Requirement

By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. The Site is not intended for use by minors. If you are under 18, you must not access or use the Services.

7. Vendor Directory, Affiliate Relationships, and Sponsored Listings

PeptideVetter may maintain a Vendor Directory listing third-party vendors who have applied to participate in the PeptideVetter Verified program. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation in the Vendor Directory may involve fees paid by vendors to PeptideVetter
• PeptideVetter may receive affiliate commissions when users purchase products from linked vendors
• Paid listings and affiliate relationships are clearly labeled on the Site
• PeptideVetter does not endorse any vendor and listing fees do not influence quality assessment outcomes
• Vendors who fail independent quality verification standards are removed regardless of payment status

PeptideVetter is not responsible for any product, service, claim, or representation made by any third-party vendor. Transactions with vendors are solely between the user and the vendor.

8. Purchases, Reports, and Refund Policy

PeptideVetter offers pay-per-report access to the COA Vetter tool. By purchasing a report or report pack, you agree to the following:

• All purchases are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor
• Due to the immediate digital delivery of AI-generated analysis reports, all sales are final and non-refundable unless a technical failure prevented report generation
• PeptideVetter reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without notice
• Report credits, if applicable, are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash

9. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Uses

By using the Site, you agree that you will not:

• Upload COA documents or other materials you do not have the right to share
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Site
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Upload malicious files, engage in denial-of-service attacks, or attempt to compromise site security
• Misrepresent the source, authenticity, or content of any COA document uploaded for analysis
• Represent AI-generated analysis reports as independently certified laboratory results
• Resell or redistribute PeptideVetter reports or analysis without written permission

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, tool designs, report formats, and software, is the property of PeptideVetter or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial research purposes. No content may be reproduced, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from PeptideVetter.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PEPTIDEVETTER'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
